My private studio office is located at 22A-595 Clifton Street, just a half block off Portage Ave on the north side, and is one street west of Erin St. There a full wall mural painted on the front of the building and the outside signage says OPTIMA office rentals. (See pic) There is plenty of street parking close to the building.
