This is a very healing European/Swedish type SPA massage.
I use only warmed organic coconut oil in a quiet, dark and peaceful room with a heat lamp positioned
at your back for half of the treatment.
Using medium pressure ensures no deep tissue work
is performed as this is not intended as therapy,
but the type of Spa Massage that puts a client
into a very deep relaxation,
leaving a long-lasting feeling of well being.
Using a technique that is called Effleurage ,
this treatment focuses on long, lazy, sweeping strokes
from your shoulders to your toes,
with firm but gentle kneading and twists
and a bit of light traction that will leave your back,

PARAFFIN treatment for HANDS OR FEET
Soothing, hydrating and quickly healing, this treatment is excellent to bring dry, cracked, scaly skin back to normal-FAST. Used in many a physiotherapists office, this treatment is also used to form a seal of deep heat to warm arthritic joints and pain sites.
DETOX Treatments $20
DETOX TREATMENTS
Introduces Negative IONS into the system to promote good health by putting the body back into an negatively charged (healthful) and alkaline state, eliminating disease causing acids and toxins (the basis of all disease). This state-of-the art equipment basically does the same thing as the Foot Detox with the exception that it can be programed up to 3 levels of intensity. Without the messy water to deal with, you can put your feet up and nap for this treatment. DRINK lots of water before and after treatments
MIND Gym $20
Mind State Management
The "Mind's Eye" is an advanced and versatile mental fitness system (like Hemi Sync) that is a safe, drug free way of guiding yourself into deep relaxation and other beneficial optimal mind states without the work! Using light and sound, this little gizmo can be programmed to take you to various states of deep relaxation, exploration and mind state management that can also include increasing mental alertness (like for exams!) when overtire or groggy.

The CHI Machine
This machine jiggles you around mimicking what mild exercise does; stimulating muscles and tissue to release acids and toxins. Excellent in the facilitation of lymph drainage, this machine forms a figure 8 movement of energy throughout your body that also helps align the spine and massages internal organs to release toxins. You know immediately by the nice buzzy feeling you get afterwards that it definitely did something good! DRINK lots of water before and after treatments
DEEP HEAT $20
Treat your stiff, arthritis muscles and joints with penetrating heat! You will be enveloped by deep heat applied to your back, neck, shoulders and back legs with our hot packs. Or you may choose to treat your back with your hands and feet instead with our custom made heated mitts.
SHIATSU Massage $20
This chair model is designed for individuals that require the more intense tappoment massage of Shiatsu. 20 minutes with this machine is sure to loosen sore and stiff muscles in the neck and anywhere down the back. Self application is required.

GUIDED MEDITATIONS
You will embark on a journey of discovery and healing, creating a sense of well being and deep peace with any of the 3 meditations available that I will personally take you through in a safe and caring environment. (These meditations were written for classes that I taught for Continuing Ed and were offered by several school divisions in Manitoba)
Calm-the-mind meditation $35 hr
A basic meditation, this is a journey to the center, where healing and balance begins. This is a Chakra meditation, to balance all of your energy centers when you are feeling frazzled and disconnected.
Release-the-past meditation $35 hr
Find closure and healing in this excellent meditation. This technique helps to work out any past issues you have had with anyone, releasing past hurts, misunderstandings, regrets.
This really works even with people that have crossed over.
Cut-the-cords Meditation $35 hr
Cutting the cords is very healing. Did you know that everytime you have engaged with someone, you have created an energy cord? These cords can suck your life force, draining your energy, even long after a connection with someone occurs. Cut the ones that drain you, you will be amazed how fast this works and how easy it is.
REIKI $45 Hr
This is a form of energy healing which is very beneficial as it is pure light, loving ENERGY. We are all energy,and when it it low, out of sync, or messed up because of
dis-ease, we can use reiki to realign those energies. I act as the conduit for this loving energy source; helping your body to heal itself.
